Sterling Metals Announces Sale Of Sail Pond Project
TORONTO, ON / ACCESS Newswire / April 13, 2026 / Sterling Metals Corp. (TSX.V:SAG)(OTCQB:SAGGF) ("Sterling" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a purchase agreement dated March 17, 2026 (the "Agreement") with an arm's length party to the Company (the "Purchaser") for the sale of a 100% interest in the Sail Pond project (the "Property") to the Purchaser. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, as consideration for the Property, the Purchaser shall issue 96,078 common shares in the capital of the Purchaser to the Company (the "Transaction").
The completion of the Transaction contemplated by the Agreement remains subject to the approval of all regulatory and other approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued pursuant to the Transaction will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the issuance thereof, as applicable, in accordance with applicable securities laws.
