THINGS TO KNOW 09.09.2025

TORONTO, ON / ACCESS Newswire / September 9, 2025 / Wolfden Resources Corporation (WLF.V) ("Wolfden" or the "Company")announces that it has granted a total of 3,300,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants pursuant to the Company's Share Incentive Plan. Such options have an exercise price of $0.16 per common share and expire on September 9, 2030.
