Key Financial and Operating Highlights:
Total Revenue: For the six months ended June 30, 2025, Empress Royalty recorded royalty and stream revenue of US$6.55M, with a total net revenue of US$4.48M.
Positive Cash Flow: The company achieved positive operating cash flow of US$4.55M for the six-month period.
Net Income: Empress Royalty reported a net income of US$1.58M, a significant improvement from the US$0.99 million net loss during the same period in 2024.
Adjusted EBITDA: The company's adjusted EBITDA for the six-month period was US$3.90M.
Quarterly Performance: For the three months ended June 30, 2025, the company's royalty and stream revenue was US$3.81M, with a total net revenue of US$2.62M.
