Cyberabad civic body demolishes 19 unauthorised structures

The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation removed 19 unauthorised constructions during an enforcement operation on August 29.

Municipal teams identified 26 unauthorised structures during field inspections across the corporation’s jurisdiction. Nineteen were demolished, while the civic body said notices were served in 12 cases under the prescribed procedure.

Seven of the 26 identified structures remained for further enforcement action. The corporation did not provide a timetable for those cases.

Serilingampally Zone recorded the largest number of demolitions, with nine structures removed. Six demolitions took place in Quthbullapur Zone and four in Kukatpally Zone.
