New America Acquisition I Corp. Announces Pricing of $300 Million Initial Public Offering
NEW YORK, NY / ACCESS Newswire / December 3, 2025 / New America Acquisition I Corp. (the "Company") today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 30,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock of the Company and one-half of one redeemable public warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Company expects that the shares of Class A common stock and warrants will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbols "NWAX" and "NWAXW," respectively. The offering is expected to close on December 5, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
The Company plans to target businesses that are not only well-positioned for long-term, sustainable growth, but also deeply aligned with the advancement of U.S. industrial capacity, technological leadership and innovation, and economic resilience.
