(NASDAQ:SBFM) (the "Company"), a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in generic and specialty prescription medications, today announced a one for ten reverse split of its common stock, effective at market open on June 1, 2026. The reverse stock split was undertaken to regain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement for continued listing. The reverse stock split will reduce the Company's issued and outstanding shares of common stock from 21,236,346 to approximately 2,123,635.
