(NASDAQ:TNON) ("Tenon" or the "Company"), a company transforming care for patients suffering from certain Sacroiliac Joint (SIJ) disorders, today announced plans to release financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2024 ended December 31, 2024 after market close on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
