Navin Kumar Varshney appointed Chief Executive Officer, Corporate Secretary and Director
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESS Newswire / September 11, 2026 / Usha Resources Ltd. ("Usha", "USHA" or the "Company") (TSXV:USHA)(FSE:JO0), a North American mineral acquisition and exploration company, announces a transition in the leadership of the Company, effective today.
Leadership Transition
Deepak Varshney has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company, effective September 11, 2026. Mr. Varshney remains a director of the Company and will continue to support the Company in that capacity.
The board of directors has appointed Navin Kumar Varshney as Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company, and as a director of the Company, in each case effective September 11, 2026.
Following these changes the board of directors comprises four directors: Navin Kumar Varshney, Deepak Varshney, Leif Smither and David Ellett. Khalid Naeem continues as Chief Financial Officer.

Navin Kumar Varshney, P.Eng., is a co-founder of Usha and served as a director of the Company from its incorporation on February 26, 2018 until December 4, 2025.
