XCF Global (Nasdaq:SAFX) Surpasses Approximately $1 Million in Initial Commercial Revenue from New Rise Renewables Facility
Milestone marks a crucial operational achievement and the Company's transition to active commercial revenue generation
HOUSTON, TX / ACCESS Newswire / August 20, 2026 / XCF Global Inc. ("XCF") (Nasdaq:SAFX), a scaling U.S.-based producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel ("SAF"), today announced that it has officially received its first commercial revenue generated from operations at its flagship New Rise Renewables facility.
The Company reported that it has surpassed initial cash collection of approximately $1M of commercial revenue. This initial receipt marks the Company's successful transition from development and commissioning to active commercialization, validating its operational timeline and commercial business model.
This milestone directly reinforces XCF Global's operational delivery amid broader market skepticism and short-selling volatility. By moving to commercial cash flow generation, the Company has established an operational foundation to drive sustainable long-term value for long-term shareholders and retail investors.
Transition to Commercial Cash Flow: Confirms operational readiness and active revenue generation from initial product offtake, with approximately $1.0m in cash collected to date against ongoing commercial deliveries.
Demonstrated Execution: Delivers on stated operational timelines, establishing tangible progress over speculative market noise.
Expanding Output: Sets the stage for production scaling and follow-on commercial deliveries across the facility's contracted off-take agreements.
"Generating our first commercial revenue at the New Rise Renewables facility is a definitive turning point for XCF Global," said Chris Cooper, CEO of XCF Global. "While short-term market noise and short sellers have attempted to distort our trajectory, our team has stayed focused on the only metric that matters: real execution. Delivering operational revenue proves the viability of our assets and represents our unwavering commitment to our retail and institutional shareholders who have supported our vision. We look forward to accelerating our revenue growth and expanding our production footprint."
This milestone underscores XCF Global's focus on execution, commercial delivery, and building long-term value for shareholders.
