(OTCQB:FTCO) (the "Company") announced today that it will hold its annual meeting of shareholders in person at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at the SpringHill Suites Colorado Springs Downtown, 402 South Tejon Street, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903. Fortitude Gold is a gold producer, developer, and explorer with operations in Nevada, U.S.A. offering investors exposure to both gold production and dividend yield.

The Company has fixed the close of business on March 24, 2025 as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting and any adjournments or postponements thereof.
