(TSXV:TRU)(OTCQB:TRUIF)(FSE:706) ("TRU" or the "Company") announces that Heran Zhou will be stepping down from his role as Corporate Secretary effective February 1, 2025. Mr. Zhou has held the position since October 1, 2022.
Olga Nikitovic, the Company's President and Chief Financial Officer will assume the additional role of Corporate Secretary.
