Cubic's delivery of Simplified, Planning, Execution, Analysis, Reconstruction (SPEAR®) software provides the ultimate data collection platform for Draken's Phantom Sky® range control system, which also has Cubic Air Combat Maneuvering Instrumentation (ACMI) capabilities fully integrated.
