Arizona Tribune - Rain Enhancement Technologies Signs Exclusive Agreement with UASIT to Deploy WETA Platform in Türkiye

NAPLES, FL / ACCESS Newswire / August 6, 2026 / Rain Enhancement Technologies Holdco, Inc. (NASDAQ:RAIN) ("RET" or the "Company"), a leading provider of ionization rainfall generation technology, today announced that it has signed an exclusive representation and equipment lease agreement with Ulusal Atmosferik İyonizasyon Teknolojileri San ve Tic Anonim Şirketi (UASIT), a Türkiye-based company focused on water resource management and climate adaptation. Under the agreement, UASIT becomes RET's exclusive representative for the deployment of its Weather Enhancement Technology Array ("WETA") platform in the Republic of Türkiye.

The initial focus of the partnership will be the Eğirdir Lake Basin in Isparta Province, where RET and UASIT intend to evaluate the WETA platform's potential to support natural precipitation and improve water security for drinking water supply, agricultural irrigation, and lake and reservoir management. RET and UASIT also intend to evaluate potential pilot opportunities in other water-stressed regions of Türkiye, including the İzmir region, Central Anatolia, the Mediterranean region, and Southeastern Anatolia, subject to appropriate conditions and institutional approvals.

Türkiye's water resources are under increasing pressure from drought, changing precipitation patterns, rising evaporation, and growing agricultural demand. The agreement positions RET's ground-based ionization technology as a tool to help Turkish public agencies, private entities, and agricultural stakeholders address these challenges through independently measured, scientifically evaluated methods.

• Is operated only under suitable meteorological conditions, in a controlled manner.

• Will be evaluated through independent measurements, statistical analysis, and environmental monitoring.

The project is intended to support the evaluation of potential benefits related to drinking water security, agricultural irrigation, lake and reservoir water budgets, rural economies, and drought resilience. RET and UASIT have agreed that project results will be measured using scientific methods, evaluated in cooperation with relevant public institutions and independent experts, and reported transparently.
