Growing Enterprise Adoption, Larger Contract Values and 92% Software Gross Margins Highlight the Scalability of Nextech3D.ai's AI-Powered Platform Strategy
TORONTO, ON / ACCESS Newswire / August 6, 2026 / Nextech3D.ai Corp. (CSE:NTAR)(OTCQB:NEXCF)(FSE:1SS) ("Nextech3D.ai" or the "Company"), a leader in AI-powered event technology and immersive digital solutions, today announced strong year-to-date growth across its Eventdex, Map D, and KraftyLab platforms.
From January 1, 2026 through August 5, 2026, the Company secured 160 new customer contracts with a combined contracted value of approximately $874,000, compared to 18 new customer contracts representing approximately $55,470 during the same period in 2025.
Importantly, these figures reflect new customer acquisition only and exclude renewals, upsells, and expansion revenue from existing customers, which continue to represent a meaningful component of the Company's overall business. For Eventdex and KraftyLab, all contracts closed with a given customer during the period are counted as new customer acquisition; for Map D, only contracts categorized as new business in the Company's CRM are included.

Management believes this increase reflects a combination of larger enterprise engagements, growing software adoption, and the successful launch of KraftyLab.
Average Contract Value
Average contract value across Eventdex, Map D, and KraftyLab increased to approximately $5,464, compared to approximately $3,082 during the same period in 2025, representing an increase of approximately 77% year-over-year.

Management believes KraftyLab is becoming an increasingly meaningful contributor to customer acquisition and revenue growth while expanding Nextech3D.ai's software platform ecosystem.

CEO Commentary
"Our results through the first seven months of 2026 demonstrate that our strategy is working on multiple levels," said Evan Gappelberg, CEO of Nextech3D.ai.
"During the period, new customer contract value increased to approximately $874,000 from approximately $55,470, while average contract value increased to approximately $5,464 from approximately $3,082. These results indicate that we are not only attracting more customers, but increasingly winning larger enterprise-level opportunities and broader platform deployments."
"At the same time, KraftyLab has quickly emerged as an important growth driver, generating 112 new customer contracts in just a few months since launch. Combined with our approximately 92% software gross margins, we believe this demonstrates the strength and scalability of our AI-first software platform strategy."
"What excites me most is that we are seeing growth across multiple dimensions of the business simultaneously. Customer acquisition is accelerating, contract values are increasing, enterprise adoption continues to expand, and KraftyLab has emerged as a powerful new growth engine. We believe these results validate our strategy and position Nextech3D.ai to capitalize on the growing demand for AI-powered software solutions across the global events industry."
Business Update
Management believes the Company's growth in customer acquisition, rising average contract values, and successful launch of KraftyLab demonstrate increasing demand for integrated AI-powered event technology solutions.
With a growing roster of enterprise customers, expanding platform capabilities, recurring software revenue opportunities, and approximately 92% software gross margins, Nextech3D.ai remains focused on creating long-term shareholder value through innovation, enterprise adoption, and scalable software growth.
