Nextech3D.ai Signs Strategic Partnership with F2B Services to Drive AI Software Adoption, Expand LED Display Opportunities and Accelerate Event Technology Growth
Partnership Opens New Enterprise Sales Channels While Expanding Nextech's Presence at the Intersection of Physical Infrastructure and AI-Powered Software Solutions
TORONTO, ON AND NEW YORK, NY / ACCESS Newswire / August 5, 2026 / Nextech3D.ai (CSE:NTAR)(OTCQB:NEXCF)(FSE:1SS), an AI-first event technology company, signed on August 4th, a strategic partnership with F2B Services, LLC, creating new opportunities to expand revenue through LED display solutions, event technology services, and AI-powered software offerings. The partnership is designed to leverage the strengths of both organizations to capture opportunities across the rapidly growing event, exhibition, corporate communications, and experiential marketing sectors.
As organizations increasingly invest in digital experiences and experiential marketing, LED displays have become a critical component of modern events, retail environments, entertainment venues, corporate facilities, educational institutions, and public spaces. Today, LED screens serve as the visual centerpiece of customer engagement, enabling immersive experiences and impactful communications at scale.
Management believes that over time, the role of LED technology will evolve beyond displays alone. As software, artificial intelligence, analytics, and digital engagement tools become increasingly integrated with physical infrastructure, LED networks are expected to become intelligent platforms capable of delivering dynamic content, audience insights, automation, and enhanced customer experiences.
Under the partnership, Nextech3D.ai and F2B will collaborate on opportunities involving LED display systems, LED screen rentals, LED installations, event technology services, and the introduction of Nextech's software solutions to F2B's customer network. The agreement also establishes a framework for identifying and pursuing additional commercial opportunities that may further expand the relationship in the future.
Evan Gappelberg, CEO of Nextech3D.ai, commented:
"Nextech continues to execute on its strategy of expanding both its market reach and revenue-generating capabilities. LED displays have become fundamental to how organizations communicate, engage and deliver experiences. What excites us most is that every LED deployment creates an opportunity to layer software, data, analytics, digital engagement tools and AI-powered experiences on top of that physical infrastructure."
Gappelberg continued:
"This partnership provides access to new customers who are already investing in experience-driven technologies. We see a significant opportunity to introduce Nextech's software solutions to those customers and create long-term recurring revenue opportunities. We believe the convergence of physical display technology and intelligent software platforms will be a major growth driver across events, enterprise communications, retail environments and public venues for years to come."
Thomas Pappalardo, President of F2B Services, LLC, commented:
"At F2B, we've built our reputation on being a trusted partner for some of the biggest names in the industry, including Hewlett-Packard Enterprises, Boston Scientific, Astrolab, FujiFilm, and CrowdStrike, among many others, delivering not just equipment, but a consistent standard of excellence our clients count on time and again," said Thom Pappalardo, President of F2B. "We don't just supply AV for events, we help create the experience, working alongside our clients to bring their vision to life from start to finish. That same commitment to reliability and service is what makes our partnership with Nextech3D.ai such a natural fit. By combining our proven approach to delivery with their innovative software solutions, we're able to offer an even more complete experience to the events and clients we serve. We're excited about what this partnership means for both of our companies moving forward."
Management believes this partnership represents more than a new revenue opportunity. It reflects Nextech3D.ai's broader strategy of combining high-value physical infrastructure with AI-powered software to create scalable, recurring revenue streams across multiple industries. As LED displays become increasingly central to events, enterprise communications, retail environments, hospitality venues, and public spaces, Nextech is positioning itself at the convergence of hardware, software, artificial intelligence, and customer engagement. By expanding its distribution channels, strengthening enterprise relationships, and creating new pathways for software adoption, Nextech believes it is building a foundation for long-term growth while increasing its ability to participate in the rapidly expanding global experience economy.
The partnership also establishes a framework for additional commercial initiatives that may be explored over the next 30 to 60 days as both organizations identify further opportunities for collaboration. Any expansion of the relationship would be documented through future written agreements.
