Chamarthi brings more than three decades of experience leading digital and AI transformation across global industrial organizations, including senior leadership roles at Stellantis, Goodyear, and ZF. She has generated tens of billions in enterprise value by embedding AI directly into operating models, turning complex systems into measurable business performance.

Her keynote will focus on how artificial intelligence is actively reshaping the future of work and how the next generation of professionals can position themselves to lead in that environment. Drawing from her experience scaling a $23 billion software business at Stellantis and leading enterprise AI initiatives at Goodyear that delivered significant operational impact, Chamarthi will outline how individuals can use AI as a force multiplier for productivity, creativity, and decision-making.

The event brings together students, industry leaders, and mentors for an evening of networking, insight-sharing, and career development. Following the keynote, attendees will participate in speed mentoring sessions covering AI in the workplace, career navigation, and building a differentiated professional identity.

"AI is reshaping how work gets done, and it creates an opportunity to elevate human potential at scale," said Chamarthi. "The leaders who stand out will combine technical fluency with judgment, adaptability, and the ability to translate technology into real outcomes. That combination defines the future of work."

Key themes addressed throughout the event include:

  • Applying AI tools, including large language models and agentic systems, to automate routine work and unlock higher-value contribution

  • Developing durable skills such as critical thinking, ethical decision-making, and human-in-the-loop oversight

  • Using prompt engineering to drive business outcomes across research, analysis, and decision-making

  • Building meaningful professional relationships in hybrid and digital environments

  • Navigating non-linear career paths and accelerating early-career differentiation

Chamarthi's keynote is scheduled for 6:05-6:25 p.m., followed by additional programming including a second keynote, speed mentoring sessions, and closing remarks.
