DoubleTrack Welcomes Insight Works.ai, Adds Data-First Capabilities to Enhance Salesforce Consulting
Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame inductee Andy Boettcher's company joins with DoubleTrack to give customers data expertise that feeds in and around Salesforce applications.
EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA / ACCESS Newswire / July 1, 2025 / DoubleTrack, a leading Salesforce consulting firm founded in 2018 with deep expertise in lead-to-cash and retention processes, announced today it is merging with Insight Works.ai, a trusted data strategy firm specializing in helping companies turn data into actionable insights.
DoubleTrack welcomes Insight Works.ai, providing data-first, AI-enabled capabilities in and around Salesforce.
The two companies will operate under the DoubleTrack name to provide data-driven solutions in and around Salesforce.
"This is exactly what our clients are asking for: end-to-end data and AI solutions that help them drive more value from their investments in Salesforce and other related technologies," said Eric Heine, CEO of DoubleTrack. "I'm thrilled to welcome the Insight Works team into DoubleTrack, where we can provide an enhanced suite of services to customers of both companies."
"Clients need more than configuration. They need clarity," said Andy Boettcher, founder of Insight Works and Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame member. "This merger gives DoubleTrack the ability to go beyond deploying tools and truly solve root problems with data. Together, we're unlocking the true value of your data so it can actually impact the business."
The merger allows customers of both companies to build comprehensive data strategies and architecture with platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Azure Data Lake, MuleSoft, Informatica, and PowerBI - and then bring those data and insights to life through Salesforce.
The move aligns with DoubleTrack's vision to empower customers to achieve their intended business outcomes faster and more effectively through a foundational, data-first, AI-enabled approach to more fully benefit from Salesforce and other technologies, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
"DoubleTrack was founded in 2018 to be a different kind of Salesforce partner - a delivery-first organization focused on making real business impact," said Adam Johnson, co-founder of DoubleTrack. "That goal hasn't changed, but there's so much outside of Salesforce that impacts critical business decisions. Now, we're able to enhance it all for our customers."
Andy Boettcher retains his role as Chief Innovation Officer, with outgoing CEO Wayne Latterell moving to an Advisory role on DoubleTrack's Board of Directors.
