This alliance enhances Volatus' robust cargo capabilities, following its merger with Drone Delivery Canada, by integrating DroneUp's commercial operating approval in the USA and their advanced technology solutions including:

• a certified cargo drone equipped with a winch delivery system, complementing Volatus' Canary delivery drone,

• a two-way locker system for autonomous package pickup and delivery. The locker system is climate-controlled and full secured, and

• an end-to-end proprietary Traffic Management system.

Together, Volatus and DroneUp will set new standards in logistics. The partnership aims to streamline drone-based cargo delivery services across North America, utilizing larger drones for beyond visual line of sight operations to enhance service reach and efficiency. Through established routes and special regulatory approvals and offering services that are crucial in both urban and remote areas, this collaboration will expedite the commercial viability of drone cargo operations. The initiative is set to improve safety and operational efficiencies, provide access to goods for underserved or inaccessible locations, reduce costs, and enhance environmental sustainability through reduced emissions.
