Adam Gravitt joined SNH in 2022 and has demonstrated leadership, initiative and a strong commitment to our firm and portfolio companies. As Principal, Adam will lead the firm's thesis-driven investment lifecycle - from deal sourcing to transaction structuring and due diligence. He will also closely partner with portfolio company management teams to drive value creation while mentoring our junior professionals to uphold the firm's standards of rigorous analysis and excellence. He currently sits on the Board of SettlementOne, part of the SNH portfolio of companies.
