Caldwell Expands Consumer Practice with Addition of Domenic Falzarano in Dubai
TORONTO, ON AND DUBAI, UAE / ACCESS Newswire / April 2, 2026 / Retained executive search firm Caldwell (TSX:CWL)(OTCQX:CWLPF) today announced the addition of Domenic Falzarano as a Partner in the firm's Consumer Practice. Based in Dubai, Domenic's appointment strengthens Caldwell's capabilities across the consumer, events, entertainment, sports, and tourism sectors in the Middle East.
Domenic brings nearly two decades of executive search and leadership advisory experience in the region, with deep expertise across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. He partners with a wide range of organizations, including sovereign wealth funds, government entities, family-owned groups, multinational corporations, sports clubs, and major event platforms, delivering senior-level and C-suite appointments that support national transformation agendas and high-growth businesses.
"Domenic brings an exceptional combination of regional expertise and sector breadth across consumer, entertainment, sports, and tourism," said Kelly Blair, managing partner of Caldwell's Consumer Practice. "His deep relationships across the Middle East, along with his track record advising both government-linked and private sector organizations, position him uniquely to support our clients navigating transformation and growth. He reflects the kind of trusted advisor our clients rely on for critical leadership decisions."
Prior to joining Caldwell, Domenic spent nearly 20 years with PageGroup, where he was part of the early team that established the firm's Dubai office and later led its Saudi Arabia business. Most recently, he served as Head of Page Executive for the Middle East and Africa and was a member of the global board.
Domenic holds a Bachelor of Arts in politics and international relations from the University of Kent and is based in Dubai.
"We're delighted to welcome Domenic to Caldwell," said Chris Beck, chief executive officer. "His nearly two decades of experience in the Middle East, coupled with his leadership in building and scaling executive search operations across the region, will further strengthen our presence in a strategically important market. Domenic's ability to deliver high-impact leadership talent aligns strongly with our commitment to helping clients build teams that drive meaningful change."
