The new team will be located at the Bank's headquarters in Tacoma, Wash. with Collins as Senior Vice President and Healthcare Banking Team Leader. Reuter will serve alongside Collins as Vice President and Healthcare Banking Officer, while Williams will oversee the team's daily operations as their Loan Administrator. With over 35 years of combined experience, they are widely known as the premier healthcare banking group in the Pacific Northwest. This team brings a wealth of commercial and healthcare banking knowledge and expertise along with a solid and expansive reputation for cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships.
Collins joins Commencement with more than 25 years of banking experience primarily focused on healthcare banking and commercial real estate lending. As a community bank, they understand that investing in local businesses and families creates lasting impact. This shared sense of purpose speaks directly to the heart of our team's commitment to partnering with healthcare professionals to help them build healthier, stronger communities," said Collins, SVP, Healthcare Banking Team Leader.
With eight years of experience in healthcare banking and a degree from Gonzaga University in Business Administration, Reuter's strength in production and portfolio management, and his commitment to serving the healthcare community, will be a significant contribution to the Bank. Reuter's dedication to remaining current with the healthcare industry and evolving regulatory environment has been instrumental in growing his client base, earning their trust through sound financial guidance and responsiveness.
Williams comes to us with over 14 years in banking, with the most recent eight years supporting Collins and Reuter operationally with experience in credit analysis, loan documentation, and overall client management.
