Gifford as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company effective December 31, 2025, as well as the appointment of Philip F. Patman, Jr., Barnwell's current Executive Vice President - Finance, as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and principal financial officer of the Company as of December 31, 2025.
The Board of Directors and management of the Company wish to thank Mr. Gifford for his many years of service. Mr. Gifford joined Barnwell in 1982 and has served as CFO since 1985.
