Founded in 1990, Trademark Mechanical provides HVACR repairs, maintenance, installations and controls for a loyal list of customers throughout Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. Led by founders Dan Lynch, Eugene Lynch and Noel Sexton, the company has established an industry-leading reputation in commercial air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, ventilation, and controls.

PremiStar, a leader in commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing, and building automation services, has partnered with Trademark Mechanical, a commercial HVACR and controls contractor in Elmsford, NY, a suburb of New York City. PremiStar's first expansion in the state of New York, this partnership extends the company's national footprint to encompass the NYC metropolitan area, strengthening its commitment to customers in the manufacturing, technology, education, healthcare, commercial/industrial, and property management segments.
