("Tigress"). This transaction marks an investment of cash, infrastructure and global products into the nation's only disabled and woman-owned investment firm. Dr. Roman Lokhov, Non-Executive Chairman at Roemer Capital, will join Tigress' Board of Directors as part of this transaction.
