(OTCQX:AMNF) ("Armanino" or the "Company"), a leading producer and marketer of premium frozen Italian and specialty foods serving retail, foodservice, and industrial customers across North America and select international markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share for the first quarter of 2026.
The dividend, which maintains the Company's all-time high quarterly payment, will be paid on or about April 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 17, 2026.
