(NYSE American:VINE) ("Company") today announced it will change its official corporate name to Amaze Holdings, Inc. following the successful acquisition of Amaze Software Inc. ("Amaze Software"). The Company's common stock will trade under the new ticker symbol "AMZE" on the NYSE American exchange beginning March 24, 2025, pursuant to NYSE American rules.
