Strategic U.S. Expansion and Investor Initiatives
U.S. Corporate Presence and Strategic Significance: PN Smart Energy has successfully incorporated two wholly owned U.S. subsidiaries - PN Skycorp Solar Limited in Delaware and PN Solar Solutions Limited in Texas - establishing the corporate and legal foundation for its planned business development in the United States.
