(Nasdaq:VEEE),("Twin Vee" or the "Company"), a manufacturer, distributor, and marketer of power sport boats, today announced that it received written notification on April 28, 2025 from the Listings Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Twin Vee was informed that for 13 consecutive business days, from April 8, 2025 through April 25, 2025, the closing bid price of the Company's common stock has been $1.00 per share or greater. Accordingly, it was determined that Twin Vee regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and Nasdaq indicated that the matter is now closed.
