As previously announced, Aehr changed its fiscal year end from May to June, shifting its quarterly reporting calendar. The company's first quarter of fiscal 2027 began on June 27, 2026 and ended on September 25, 2026. Aehr's fiscal 2027 ends on June 25, 2027.
