(TSXV:GPUS)(OTC:GPUSF)(FSE:1R61, WKN:A428RQ) ("AlsetAI" or the "Company"), announces that, further to its news release dated September 21, 2026, it will be settling its previously announced debt settlements (the "Debt Settlement"), by issuing an aggregate of 2,763,134 common shares (the "Shares") at a price of $0.185 per Share. The Debt Settlement remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Shares issued will be subject to a mandatory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issue, in accordance with applicable securities laws.
