Aimwell Partners Announces Agreement in Principle to Acquire Intellectual Property Valued at Approximately $10 Million
MIAMI, FL / ACCESS Newswire / August 6, 2026 / Aimwell Partners Inc. (OTCID:AIMN), parent company of AimwellBio, today announced that it has reached an agreement in principle to acquire a portfolio of intellectual property valued at approximately $10 million.
The proposed transaction remains subject to the completion of due diligence, negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, approval by all parties, and review by their respective legal counsel. As a result, there can be no assurance that the acquisition will ultimately be completed on the terms currently contemplated, or at all.
The intellectual property is expected to strengthen AimwellBio's long-term strategic position and support the Company's mission of building trusted, verified intelligence infrastructure for healthcare and life sciences.
