The units began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (or the "NYSE") under the ticker symbol "SAGUU" on May 7, 2026, each unit consisting of one Class A ordinary share, one redeemable warrant and one right to receive one-fourth (1/4th) of one Class A ordinary share upon the consummation of an initial business combination. Its Class A ordinary shares, units, warrants, and rights are listed on the NYSE under the symbols "SAGU", "SAGUU", "SAGUW" and "SAGUR," respectively.
