Clay Town Center Brings New Restaurants and Retail to Middleburg

MIDDLEBURG, FL / ACCESS Newswire / November 11, 2025 / Paradigm Development Partners, LLC is proud to announce the continued growth and leasing success of Clay Town Center, a new 18,600-square-foot mixed-use retail and restaurant development in the heart of Middleburg, Clay County, Florida.

Featuring a dynamic mix of tenants, including both national brands and locally owned businesses, the project represents a major investment in the area's ongoing commercial growth and quality of life.

Clay Town Center brings a diverse lineup of retailers and restaurants designed to serve the growing Middleburg community. The tenants include five restaurants and three service businesses, offering residents an appealing combination of national favorites and local brands.

All spaces in the development are fully leased. Confirmed tenants include:

The development is expected to create more than 100 local jobs and generate an estimated $8 million in economic impact through new business activity, employment, and increased local spending.
