MIDDLEBURG, FL / ACCESS Newswire / November 11, 2025 / Paradigm Development Partners, LLC is proud to announce the continued growth and leasing success of Clay Town Center, a new 18,600-square-foot mixed-use retail and restaurant development in the heart of Middleburg, Clay County, Florida.
