(NYSE:MSM), a premier distributor of Metalworking and Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) products and services to industrial customers throughout North America, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.87 per share. This represents an increase of approximately 2.4% from the previously paid regular quarterly dividend of $0.85 per share. The $0.87 dividend is payable on November 26, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 12, 2025.
