Navdeep Dhaliwal, Executive Chairman of Ostrom, will assume CEO responsibilities to ensure continuity and maintain focus on the Company's strategic priorities.
Mr. Virk joined Ostrom's Board in November 2023 and was appointed CEO in September 2024.
