Taipei Economic and Cultural Office ( TECO ) is Taiwan's de facto embassy / consulate in the U.S. The Houston TECO office serves the states of Texas, Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma and Wisconsin.
