Under his leadership, his team consistently delivered the highest efficiency, funding volume and lowest default rates in the company.
Known for his hands-on approach and data-driven decision-making, Leppzer has also worked closely with senior leaders in product, engineering, sales, and analytics to align underwriting performance with company-wide objectives. His ability to integrate risk assessment with technology and business strategy will be instrumental in driving Spartan Capital's continued innovation and success.
