Ternium Announces Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders

LUXEMBOURG / ACCESS Newswire / March 21, 2025 / Ternium S.A. (NYSE:TX) announced today that its annual general meeting of shareholders will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. CET and that an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held immediately after the adjournment of the annual general meeting of shareholders. Both meetings will be held at Ternium S.A.'s registered office located at 26, Boulevard Royal, 4th Floor, L-2449 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Each holder of ADSs as of March 31, 2025, shall be entitled to instruct The Bank of New York, the depositary bank, as to the exercise of the voting rights pertaining to the shares represented by such holder's ADSs.
