With nearly 20 years of experience in HR leadership, Smith brings a dynamic and people-first approach to organizational culture, talent development, and employee engagement.

Smith has held key leadership roles throughout her career, including Human Resources Manager at Voestalpine Railway Systems and HF Sinclair Corporation and Director of Human Resources and Safety at Super Vacuum Manufacturing. She has worked closely with executive teams to enhance organizational performance, strengthen workplace culture, and foster employee growth and development.

Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications, Communications - Broadcasting from Black Hills State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from Regis University in Denver, CO. She is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), a testament to her deep expertise in human resource strategy and leadership.
