Our net income was $19.8 million, or $0.43 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2025, compared to net income of $19.1 million, or $0.42 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2024, and net income of $21.3 million, or $0.47 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2024. Adjusted net income, a non-GAAP financial measure that excludes certain nonrecurring items, as applicable, was $20.6 million, or $0.45 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2025, compared to $20.0 million, or $0.44 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2024, and $21.2 million, or $0.47 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2024.
