(the "Company") (NASDAQ:RBKB), the holding company of Rhinebeck Bank (the "Bank"), reported net income for the third quarter of 2025 of $2.7 million, compared to a net loss of $8.1 million for the third quarter of 2024. Earnings per share were $0.25 for the third quarter of 2025, compared to diluted loss per share of $0.75 for the same quarter of 2024.
