Baylor University Research Agreement Update
During the presentation, Dr. Hausman referenced a study evaluating the anti-aging properties of Maxasome Plus in collaboration with Baylor University. NexTel clarifies that while this initiative had not been previously announced, the Company and its partner, Xycota, are currently finalizing a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA). Upon execution, product shipments to Baylor University for clinical testing are scheduled to commence next week.
Expansion of Maxasome Plus Product Line
The Company also highlighted plans to expand its product offerings with the upcoming launch of a Maxasome Plus formulation specifically tailored for household pets. NexTel anticipates introducing this veterinary formulation as its third commercial product later this year.
Increased Equity Stake in LMMY and Strategic Initiatives
Additionally, the Company discussed recent developments regarding its international partnerships. Following productive discussions and contract renegotiations with its Japanese partner, NexTel's equity ownership has increased from 70% to 75%. As a result of this renegotiation, an additional 11,277,000 shares of LMMY stock will be issued to the Company.
NexTel management further confirmed that it is actively preparing to initiate a key corporate initiative requested by shareholders since the closing of the LMMY transaction in November 2025. Additional details regarding this initiative will be disclosed as developments progress.
