Food Culture Inc. to Present at the Emerging Growth Conference 95 on August 19, 2026
Presentation by Tim Chupinin, Investor Relations Consultant, Will Introduce the Company's Asset-Light Spirits Brand Platform, Current Operations, and Go-Forward Plans for the Balance of 2026 and Fiscal 2027; Live Webcast, Registration at No Cost
TORONTO, ON / ACCESS Newswire / August 5, 2026 / Food Culture Inc. (OTCID:FCUL) ("FCUL" or the "Company") today announced that it will present at the Emerging Growth Conference 95 on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. The presentation will be delivered by Tim Chupinin, Investor Relations Consultant, and will be carried by live video webcast. Registration is open at no cost to individual and institutional investors, investment advisors and analysts.

The presentation forms part of the Company's ongoing effort to educate its shareholders and the wider investment community about Food Culture and is intended as an introduction for those looking at the Company for the first time. It will cover how the business is built, what is in market today, and the Company's go-forward plans for the balance of 2026 and into fiscal 2027.
Presentation Overview
On the operating model, the Company will describe its asset-light approach: Food Culture owns its brands and partners for recipe development and production, rather than carrying distilling or bottling facilities. That structure keeps production overhead off the Company and allows small batch runs that can be adapted quickly to new packaging, new markets and specific events.
On portfolio strategy, the Company will discuss its focus on spirits brands built around sports and cultural identity - products consumers select because a bottle represents a team, a place, a moment or a collectible interest, rather than because of large-scale advertising.
On current operations, the Company will review the launch of its Stadium™ 2026 Collector Series 750ml premium vodka, announced on July 7, 2026. Produced in Canada by LAUNCHPAD, the Company's co-packing partner in Collingwood, Ontario, using vodka supplied by Lazuli Spirits, the Company's exclusive Canadian vodka supplier, the product launched in Ontario in June 2026 and was sold during the tournament period. The Company plans to continue marketing Stadium™ vodka and pursue distribution opportunities in additional markets. Its small-batch production model allows future runs to be tailored to specific events and markets, subject to distributor engagement and production scheduling.
On go-forward plans, the Company will outline what it is working toward through the balance of 2026 and into fiscal 2027: pursuing broader distribution of Stadium™ vodka, building distribution relationships market by market, directing small-batch runs to specific events and markets, introducing new products and product formats, and, over a longer horizon, pursuing alternative packaging formats suited to high-volume venue channels - the use case the asset-light model was designed to serve.
"This is a straightforward opportunity to introduce Food Culture to investors who are seeing the Company for the first time, and to give our existing shareholders a fuller picture of where we are," said Ruben Yakubov, President. "We have brought a product to market and have a model built to add brands without adding plants. We intend to walk through what we have done, what we are working on now, and what we are planning for the balance of this year and into fiscal 2027 - and to answer the questions investors send in."
How to Attend
The Emerging Growth Conference 95 is being held virtually on August 19 and 20, 2026, with presentations conducted by video webcast. The Company will confirm the time of its presentation in a further announcement ahead of the conference, so that shareholders and investors know when to tune in. Registration is available at no cost at https://emerginggrowth.com/conference/. Investors who wish to submit a question for the Company in connection with the presentation may send it to [email protected].
