Arizona Tribune - Modular Medical Announces Pricing of $8.2 Million Public Offering

Titan Partners Group, a division of American Capital Partners, is acting as sole bookrunner for the offering.

The gross proceeds to the Company from the offering are expected to be approximately $8.2 million, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund operations and for working capital and general corporate purposes, including capital expenditures. The offering is expected to close on or about November 25, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
